If it were possible to give 8 stars on a scale of 5, I would. The notebooks are stunningly beautiful and so well-crafted. I am a passionate notebook enthusiast and am mildly distressed to have only newly found such a wonderful artisanal source. It was also a pleasure dealing with Myburgh - he deeply cares about making and delivering the best quality products. Writing in such lovely notebooks brings joy to my day.

These are the most beautifully crafted journals I’ve seen, I highly recommend them! I make illustrated journals, and the paper is beautiful for the drawings I sketch!! And wonderful for fountain pen too!!

Perfectly handmade (limited edition) journals for serious writers

This is one of many beautiful journals I have purchased for personal use as well as special gifts. Myburgh does extraordinary magic when creating these books. I have not seen notebooks that are as professsionally constructed, from cover to cover, It's also nice that they are available in 2 sizes. His customer service and communication with buyers is an added A+++++ experience.

My first, and now treasured, Graystorm Studio journal arrived yesterday.

My first Graystorm Studio journal arrived yesterday, and the beauty and thoughtfulness of the packaging and handwritten note from Myburgh won my heart before I laid eyes on the journal.
Then I held the journal. I was touched by the beauty, craftsmanship, and care. I have several journals going for different reasons, but this one is THE ONE. I decided to dedicated it to joy. Only entries of personal joy will grace the exemplary paper. My Pelican fountain pen has struggled with all other papers. Now is literally glides. Thank you. I had almost lost hope that someone would care enough to make something so exquisite by hand.
