Beautiful cover; handles ink very well. However, it does not open flat; no page numbers; no “title page.”
Hello Jack,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on your Graystorm Journal. I am glad to hear that you love the beautiful cover and that it handles ink very well.
I do reinforce the spine with tarlatan fabric called super, for longevity and strength. When the super dries in the book press, it stiffens. But with use, it will relax and allow the book to lay flat more easily.
I understand the desire for page numbers and a title page and will take your feedback into consideration for future designs.
I appreciate your feedback as it helps me to improve my products as we evolve and grow.
Thank you for choosing a Graystorm Journal and I hope you continue to enjoy using it.
Sincerely, Myburgh
I just unboxed the gorgeous journal, Happy Thanksgiving!
It is beautifully made, and I will save it for the new year. The wrapping, note, and insignia seal, "M," are special touches. I have saved the seal since that is my initial, both first and last name, and will affix it to a ribbon page marker in one of my other journals. Thank you!
Beautifully prepared. A genuine pleasure to use.
Beautiful portfolio book. Destined to my 8 year old granddaughter who i would dearly like to begin keeping a journal.
