Received the notebook packaged very well and it felt special unwrapping it. I have many notebooks and fine that many are not as fountain pen friendly as the claim to be. I picked out 8 of my fountain pens with a variety of wet nibs and inks. With several of my pens the nibs had feedback that could be heard other nibs glided over the paper. The paper’s response to various inks was spectacular. No feathering, no bleed through or ghosting. The notebook cover and quality is a cut above most other notebooks. This is a quality product from a book maker that really maker a fountain pen friendly notebook.
Great quality!
Beautifully made! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. This notebook is a gift for a special person and they will love it.
Wonderful book for journalling. Excellent quality!
Beautiful, handcrafted book. Phenomenal customer service! A small imperfection in the elastic band around the back. emailed the company and got personal attention. Immediate replacement sent with a personal note from the owner. A joy to do business with a caring craftsman.
This book and binding feels very special and I just recently started using it. Trying it out with my different Fountain pens and it seems to be working beautifully. They might just have a customer for life.
I am very pleased indeed with my purchase of this Graystorm Studio notebook. The notebook is wonderful to hold and write in. Even the careful packaging and wax sealed note from Myburgh exudes care and attention to detail. This is clearly a premium notebook but a joy to use.
I have purchased four Hardcover Notebooks from Graystorm Studio and I’m very impressed. I’ve taken bookbinding classes in the past and feel like I’m a decent judge of quality. I think the work is top notch and an excellent value. I hope his studio is successful.
From the online photo, I knew my new notebook would be lovely. But holding the real thing you can really appreciate the craftsmanship and materials. It makes writing an aesthetic experience. I bought one as a birthday present for a friend who needs to write her memoirs. Then seeing it, had to get a second one just for myself.
I purchases three notebooks from Myburgh. They are truly exquisite works of art. Thank goodness their are artists who create such beautiful pieces.
Love it!!!
This was my first time ordering from Graystone Studios, and I was not sure what to expect. The notebook is the highest quality I have ever seen - it is amazing!!! THANK YOU!!
The notebook is of the highest quality I have ever purchased. I'm already writing differently--with more intention.
I just received my journal today, and I am genuinely impressed! It’s breathtaking! The line spacing on the pages is perfect, making writing a true pleasure. From the moment I unwrapped it, I could feel the exceptional quality of craftsmanship. I can't wait to share my enthusiasm with my friends and family about your incredible company and your outstanding products!
Beautiful, handcrafted, I’m gonna love writing about n this journal!
I purchased 2 notebooks. One for me and this format for my friend’s birthday. She absolutely loved it. Not only is the paper fantastic for fountain pens, the covers are works of art.
It arrived just in time for my Valentine of 42 years special day. My wife is an avid journaler, and water color artist. Your amazing work literally brought tears to her eyes.
We have not seen this attention to detail in quite some time.
Thank you for sharing your heart and your art.
Beautiful and well made. I’ll be a customer for life.
