All Graystorm Notebooks use smooth 118-gsm/80lb uncoated paper, eliminates feathering and bleed-through, making them the ideal notebook for fountain pen users. Ghosting is minimized due to the 95% opacity, allowing writing on both sides of the page with confidence.
Luxurious Japanese book cloth and silkscreened Japanese Chiyogami decorative paper, is used on the hardcover casing.
The quality craftsmanship is evident in thoughtful additions like a back pocket adorned with decorative paper, an elastic band for secure closure, and a silky ribbon placeholder to keep your place.

I have purchased four Hardcover Notebooks from Graystorm Studio and I’m very impressed. I’ve taken bookbinding classes in the past and feel like I’m a decent judge of quality. I think the work is top notch and an excellent value. I hope his studio is successful.
From the online photo, I knew my new notebook would be lovely. But holding the real thing you can really appreciate the craftsmanship and materials. It makes writing an aesthetic experience. I bought one as a birthday present for a friend who needs to write her memoirs. Then seeing it, had to get a second one just for myself.
I purchases three notebooks from Myburgh. They are truly exquisite works of art. Thank goodness their are artists who create such beautiful pieces.
