All Graystorm Notebooks use smooth 118-gsm/80lb uncoated paper, eliminates feathering and bleed-through, making them the ideal notebook for fountain pen users. Ghosting is minimized due to the 95% opacity, allowing writing on both sides of the page with confidence.
Luxurious Japanese book cloth and silkscreened Japanese Chiyogami decorative paper, is used on the hardcover casing.
The quality craftsmanship is evident in thoughtful additions like a back pocket adorned with decorative paper, an elastic band for secure closure, and a silky ribbon placeholder to keep your place.

I have bought dozens of journals - seeking out the very best. This is that journal. The construction, materials and attention to detail are exquisite. This lovely journal brings to mind an “old money” elegance of ageless beauty and charm. This journal would be equally at place sitting on a rich mahogany table in a 19th century oil baron’s parlor or the million dollar mansion of a modern day tech entrepreneur.

The paper within is equally impressive: thick, smooth, and perfectly suited for fine writing, especially with a fountain pen.
